Terms & Conditions

A legal disclaimer

  1. Behavior In-store: We expect all customers to treat staff, other customers, and the store respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior. Theft, removing or altering tags, or repeatedly complaining about prices will not be tolerated.

  2. Behavior Outside-Store: Our policies extends to the area in front of the store. Inappropriate behavior—including loitering, smoking marijuana or taking substances, defecating, fighting, or using raised voices—will not be tolerated, as it drives away customers makes our community unsafe. Police will be called immediately if any of these behaviors occur. It is not our responsibility to ensure comfort in these situations, and such conduct will result in immediate intervention.

  3. Money for Items / Freebies: Our stores do not provide money, freebies, or exchanges for items. This includes requests from individuals or community members experiencing homelessness. Our pricing policy ensures we can maintain affordable prices for everyone. There is a variety of assistance within walking distance including the federation for the homeless, united way and church clothing closets, food pantries, ect. That said, in cases of extreme need—such as individuals lacking dry clothing or during severe winter weather—we may offer minor, one-time assistance. This is intended for urgent situations and cannot become a regular practice. 4. Pricing & Sales: Prices are subject to change and reflect the unique nature of thrift items. We strive to keep pricing consistent and fair, typically ranging from 40–60% of retail price. Every Tuesday, we offer 50% off to provide even greater savings. All sales at our stores are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please use our changing rooms and outlets to check items before purchase.

  5. In-Store Purchases & Holds: All in-store purchases must be taken home at the time of purchase. We do not hold items for later pickup and ask that customers only request holds for items that can be taken the same day.In-store purchases must be taken home at the time of purchase.

  6. Donations: We gladly accept donations of gently used clothing and household goods. Tax coupons are not offered, as these are exclusive to registered nonprofits. Please drop off items contained in a bag or box—typically a standard garbage bag is sufficient. Donations cannot be returned, and we do not offer payment for items. While we can attempt to locate specific lost items from donations, there are no guarantees, as we process over 200 items per day. Please check items carefully before dropping them off.

  7. Accessibility: We aim to make our stores as accessible as possible. Please see our accessibility statements for details.

  8. Online Sales: All online orders are processed and shipped exclusively through Depop or Poshmark. We do not offer shipping outside of these platforms at this time.
